Lisa - EFDA CDA
Billing Manager | 35 years in Dentistry | 21 years with Dr. Havrilla
Lisa entered the field of dentistry because she likes helping people and seeing patients with healthy smiles. For a time, Lisa taught radiography at Camden County College. Currently she teaches PiYo. When Lisa is not working she enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and kids. (She's a Jersey girl!) At the office, when Lisa isn't busy with billing and accounting, she can be found troubleshooting equipment and supplies.
Favorite band - Journey (but likes all genres of music).
Felicia - DA
Implant Coordinator | 7 years in Dentistry | 2 years with Dr. Havrilla
Felicia wants to change people’s perspective and fear of dentistry. She strives to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed. Felicia enjoys educating patients about their options, procedures and outcomes in hopes of easing their stress levels.
Anna - RDH
Hygienist | Associates in Science | 30 years in Dentistry | 2 years with Dr. Havrilla
Anna became interested in dentistry as a young child. Her father was a dentist and her first job was to assist at his office. It’s always Anna's goal to help people obtain and maintain happy healthy smiles. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking for family and friends, going out to dinner and going on long walks. Whenever Anna can grab a few days off she heads to Florida and spends time swimming and boating.
Brittni - RDH
Hygienist | 6 years in Dentistry
Brittni chose to become a dental hygienist to help people lead healthier lives and to provide a service to others. She enjoys educating patients about the importance of oral health and providing oral hygiene instructions. In Brittni's free time she loves trying new restaurants, working out and playing with her puppy Major. She has led a very active lifestyle and even plays on a kickball team. She also loves to travel and have been to 8 countries in the past 2 years.
Surgical Assistant/ Adjunct Consultant | BS in Health Care Administration from Scranton University | Currently doing a MS HCA residency at Westchester County Medical Center, NY
Stephen has been working in the office with his father since he was 14 years old. He has always been interested in healthcare and specifically dentistry. Stephen spent a few summers learning surgical assisting techniques that increase patient comfortability and reduce chair time. Since moving to NY, he has been able to consult with his father and an OSHA Compliance Officer to develop a plan to mitigate office procedures and policies for handling COVID-19.
In Stephen's spare time he likes to be in the mountains, kayaking or skiing.
